Platforms like Offerpad provide multiple ways for the consumer to sell a home, but a lot of agents don't want to hear it (or tell their clients about it).

Here's the problem: If our clients aren't learning about iBuyer options from us, we're at risk of losing the transaction entirely.

Instead of trying to drive a singular real estate solution, including iBuyer options in our offerings makes us more valuable. How do we create a multifaceted service that solves different problems for sellers? How do we work through market changes instead of letting them defeat us?
