For more than a decade I've coached hundreds of real estate professionals on the answer, the FIRE framework from the book: Focus, Initiative, Resilience and Execution. I coached for Tom Ferry and co-owned one of the top five teams at Realty ONE Group, so what you hear on this show comes from building a business, not just studying one.
